Tell me about your work as a training and administration manager.
Sapma provides the paint industry with training through its training arm, the South African Paint Industry Training Institute. We initially offered paint chemists a course with City & Guilds international accreditation and are now negotiating with local universities to introduce the qualification in their curriculum. Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth has already done so...
