Washington — The federal jury in the criminal trial of US President Donald Trump’s adviser Roger Stone began deliberations on Thursday into whether he lied to Congress about his efforts to learn more about when WikiLeaks would publish damaging e-mails about 2016 Democratic presidential candidate and Trump rival Hillary Clinton.
The 12-member jury, consisting of nine women and three men, represents a diverse cross-section of people, including an Internal Revenue Service civil tax attorney, an employee with AARP (formerly the American Association of Retired Persons), and a former congressional candidate...
