Orlando Pirates are back where they belong in the Caf Champions League and want to take the tough journey across the continent to another final‚ or even the trophy‚ says Bucs’ captain Happy Jele. Pirates return to Africa’s premier club competition when they meet Light Stars FC of Seychelles in Wednesday’s preliminary round‚ first-leg match at Orlando Stadium. Jele was part of Pirates’ team — and played in the home 1-1 leg — that lost 3-1 on aggregate to Al Ahly in the 2013 Champions League (ACL) final. That turned out to be Pirates’ last game in the Champions League until now‚ though they also went on to be 2013 Caf Confederation Cup finalists.
