But victory for Sundowns and they will leap-frog the Soweto giants with a one point advantage and four games in hand. Pitso Mosimane’s side‚ like Chiefs‚ have no Caf club commitments for the next six weeks — during which time they will play nine league‚ and potentially some Nedbank Cup games — and can give more focus to their league campaign without arduous travel. That would make it near inconceivable that Downs would give up such an advantage on Chiefs.
