It’s just gone noon and the pounding and grinding have stopped for a spell. The men working on our kitchen renovations are taking lunch. The pounding and grinding have been replaced by the screaming of kids on the rugby field in front of our house.
Our home is not a haven of peace and quiet, but it will be in a month or so. And it will be a little more beautiful and will all have seemed worth it. ..
