Greyville victories offer a perfect boost for Bloodstock SA as money well spent
Bloodstock SA had the perfect boost for this week’s National Two Year Old Sale in Germiston when five graded races were won by their graduates at the final meeting of the season at Greyville in July. Victories by Lady In Black, Hermoso Mundo, Eyes Wide Open, Princess Peach and Al Mariache showed their purchases were money well spent at various countrywide sales. The sale, which will take place on Thursday and Friday (11am start on both days), will have auctioneers Steve Davis, Andrew Miller and Graeme Hawkins selling 474 lots. "It’s a sale supported by all the major producers, with a catalogue boasting all our proven sires and a host of black-type family connections," the Sporting Post commented. The Two Year Old Sale has produced a number of top-class performers, including Bela-Bela, The Apache, Jackson and Talktothestars.
