The Warriors will have another crack at major tournament success when they travel to the Titans in the Momentum One-Day Cup final at SuperSport Park in Centurion on Friday. The Warriors lost to the Titans by six runs in a tightly contested final of the Cricket SA T20 Challenge in December and they have another chance of lifting a trophy after beating the Knights by 18 runs in the One-Day Cup play-off in Bloemfontein on Monday night. The Warriors won the toss and elected to bat, posting a score of 249/7 with Colin Ingram‚ who was named the man-of-the-match‚ and Gihahn Cloete scoring half-centuries. The Knights fell short of the 250 target, scoring 231 in their 50 overs‚ largely due to the excellent bowling of Andrew Birch and Anrich Nortjé who claimed two wickets each.
