Court opens way for Save SA march to Union Buildings
Tshwane mayor Solly Msimanga accuses the Tshwane metro police of taking orders from Luthuli House in denying permission for the march

The Pretoria Magistrate's Court has overturned a decision taken by the Tshwane metro police to prohibit the Save SA campaign from marching to the Union Buildings calling for President Jacob Zuma to step down. The campaign's spokesman, Mark Haywood, said Friday's march would now go ahead. The Save SA campaign had been force to approach the courts at the last minute on Thursday for an urgent interdict after it was told that its protest march, calling for Zuma to step down, would not be allowed. The march from Church Square to the Union Buildings in Pretoria is expected to take place on Friday.
