THE African National Congress (ANC) Youth League is preparing to release details of what it calls "the biggest scandal" to rock the ANC in a bid to find answers about the league’s squandered assets, valued at more than R300m.The assets were last held by its dissolved investment arm, Lembede Investment Holdings.In an interview with Business Day, the league’s interim chairman, Mzwandile Masina, hinted that some assets had been given to "a certain lawyer" almost for free. He said it was inevitable that those involved would ultimately face criminal charges.The league had assets in mining, property, fishing and telecommunications.
