I have just received my latest water bill and see Johannesburg Water up to their old tricks again to get every possible last penny from us. They measured me for 41 days instead of 30 days and thus pushed some of the water consumption into the highest rate bracket. If I had been charged for a normal 30-day reading, I would have paid R141 less!!! Mike EdwardsJohannesburg
