President Jacob Zuma spoke out on the incident involving Deputy Higher Education and Training Minister Mduduzi Manana, saying he was "disturbed". Not shocked by the violent, homophobic, misogynistic behaviour of a deputy minister caught scuffling with a member of the public outside a night club in the early hours. Just disturbed.
