I recall that some years ago, it was suggested that Cape Town’s water supply problems could be alleviated by towing an iceberg to the peninsula. The massive iceberg that is floating away from the South Pole provides Cape Town with an ideal opportunity to solve the water shortage crisis, at least temporarily. Has the DA considered this as a solution to the water problem? CJ GreeffSea Point
