I’m beginning to suspect that your cartoonist is a closet racist. Why does he assume that because Helen Zille is white, she’s in charge and Mmusi Maimane is simply a "Yes, Missus" man? It is clear that Maimane is very much in charge. He has a different view from Zille and has been very vocal about it, totally at odds with what the cartoons have implied. Also, isn’t it about time that Business Day published a disclaimer on all Gareth van Onselen’s columns along the lines of "I’m a vicious, vindictive, disgruntled former employee of Helen Zille who has taken the art of dissembling and dishonesty to new heights. In short, I’m the antithesis of a professional journalist"? Jane BarnardRobertson
