Unless I misread some subtle, ironic nuance, (not typical of this cartoonist), I thought the Business Day cartoon on Thursday (March 23) both crass and insulting. It is bad enough that Helen Zille cannot see the difference between broad knowledge and skill transfer and historical cultural adaptation on the one hand, and blatant usurping of another nation’s integrity, culture, land and wealth to replace it with the usurper’s own. But we now have her presented as puppet-master of a man who has clearly established his own leadership. What else have you on offer to undermine the DA’s integrity? Rod LloydNewlands
