Right set of reforms can raise growth to 3.5% in five years

One of the sad reflections of the state of SA’s economy is that growth is so poor that we quibble about decimal points.
That was the case again with the first-quarter GDP figures. Most economists had expected quarterly growth of about 0.1%-0.3% — basically zero — but warned the number could edge below zero. ..
