That the subject is on the table at all reveals more than any resolution to the puzzle might — it is not well
A common question underpinning much analysis of the ANC is whether the party is dying. There are those who say it is dead, as the DA declared in 2017. Others say it is in its death throes or it will soon die; and then there are those who say it is very much alive. Either way, that the subject is on the table at all would seem to tell you more than any resolution to that particular puzzle might. It is not well.
At the other end of the mortal spectrum is the idea of renewal, of rebirth and rejuvenation. This discussion would seem more about intent than condition. After all, one must die to be reborn. And so, much like all that talk of death, it is the implication that tells you more than the proposition. ..
