Spare a thought for Keegan Petersen, if you have a moment during these exciting sporting times. Naturally there have been ups and downs in his career so far, but rarely does a player’s form graph head so consistently upwards in the first decade of his professional life.
Born and bred in Paarl, he had the instinctive love for the game shared by so many school boys and girls in the Boland. When he made his first-class debut for the province just over a decade ago, many of his friends and colleagues believed his dream had come true. ..
