Imagine for a moment the following business model: picture a group of talented individuals opening a buffet restaurant and offering all-you-can-eat meals for $35 per person. However, the amount of food served in this restaurant costs an average $50 per person. Assume the food tastes fine and is sufficiently healthy. Ignore all other costs as the point I am trying to make is that the value of the food offered to customers is less than the cost of the ingredients. What do you think will happen?  ..
