As Chris Nenzani himself admitted over a month ago, his resignation as president of Cricket SA has come a year too late.
He should have stepped down when his second three-year term ended last September. Instead he presided over a change in the organisation’s constitution which gave him another 12 months, the least successful year, on and off the field, since 1991. ..
