This week’s column was going to be about an exciting development concerning some of SA’s best cricketers and their potential availability to play for the Proteas.
The abolition of the Kolpak contract, which has allowed more than 50 South Africans to play county cricket in England, has been on the cards for years but it will now definitely happen once the UK’s transition out of the EU is completed. ..
