I can’t imagine what goes into the building of those superyachts that dock in Monaco, playground of the rich and famous. What do you get for the aggregate $5bn gathered there? Engines, navigation systems, hulls and fabulous fittings — that’s it — for R75bn.
Money has moved on from simply being a medium of exchange...
