The World Cup semifinals have worked out perfectly according to the seedings with the prospect of the two best teams for the last four years contesting the final at Lord’s on Sunday.

First, India will have to overcome New Zealand at Old Trafford on Tuesday and then England must get past an injury ravaged Australia at their favourite Edgbaston on Thursday.
