Confusion made way for frustration which has now been usurped by anger. The dates and venues for England’s tour of SA at the end of 2019 were supposed to be announced a year in advance, as usual, but four months later they have yet to be finalised.     Tens of thousands of fans and hundreds of businesses have been waiting for the itinerary and the time has now come for many of them when costs are being incurred and losses accrued.
