If it costs more, they will drink less, apparently. A poll in the same newspaper records that almost 80% of Irish drinkers say they will not change their boozing habits if the price of grog is increased.So, that’s not going to work. The Irish may need a few cheap drinks on November 15, World Cup D-Day. If they got themselves into a right lather when SA was announced as the recommended bidder last week, they were in a screaming fit this week.
