Welcome to Tweet of the Week. Every Friday I will use this column to hand out an award to one person who has tweeted something of significance. There are no strict rules, only that the tweet in question must offer an important insight, define a debate (notorious or otherwise) or mark an occasion. This week the Tweet of the Week goes to @ferialhaffajee for: "Our response will flow from ombud outcome. In a system of co-independent regulation, it’s best practice. No digital necklacing. No kangaroo"One can argue with the methodology of this particular depiction but there have been many other attempts to map US media bias and the Huffington Post always falls on the one side of the spectrum. So you would be a fool to think the South African version is any different. It is a local manifestation of a global brand and that brand is certainly not neutral in the way the Huffington Post SA feigns.
