The tweeter who posted this comment on a recent Friday night clearly knew what was coming: “Unpopular opinion: the best thing young people can do early in their careers is to work on the weekends.”
She wasn’t talking about the kind of jobs that often require weekend shifts as well as night work. She was talking about the kind of professional jobs where people who “only” work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, are seen as slackers...
