Financial Times columnist Lucy Kellaway, whose acerbic commentary on corporate (mis)communication has featured regularly in Business Day over the years, is famously moving on to a new career in education. We carried her final column on Monday (How I lost my 25-year war on corporate guff that has become a million percent worse, July 17).
