GroundWork and the South Durban Community Environmental Alliance, represented by the Centre for Environmental Rights (CER), will appear in the Pretoria high court this week to present their challenge to environmental authorisations granted for a proposed gas-to-power facility in the Richards Bay industrial development zone.
