Former SA Revenue Service (Sars) commissioner Tom Moyane will have to give his side of the story to the state capture commission of inquiry before he cross-examines public enterprises minister Pravin Gordhan.
If he does this, it will be the first time that the former tax boss gives evidence under oath to a commission of inquiry...
