NPA to set up inquest into the Life Esidimeni tragedy
The National Prosecuting Authority acting director of public prosecutions George Baloyi wants a formal inquest into the Life Esidimeni tragedy after the NPA concluded there was insufficient evidence to bring charges in 144 deaths of psychiatric patients it investigated.
