Public protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane faces more criticism of her work, with former Financial Services Board (FSB) CEO Dube Tshidi accusing her of gross incompetence and negligence.

Tshidi and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) have brought an application in the high court in Pretoria to review, set aside and declare constitutionally invalid a report by Mkhwebane, in which she made findings of impropriety and maladministration against the board, now known as the FSCA, and Tshidi.
