Shortage of section 24 forms may be the reason behind discrepancies, but if there was double voting the effect was negligible, says IEC

The Electoral Commission of SA (IEC) has not been able to detect double voting at four voting stations in three different provinces and has blamed the discrepancies there on them running out of section 24A forms.
Business Day recently reported that there were more than 700 votes at the four stations in question that were unaccounted for...
