Nuclear reports still under lock and key
The department of energy says its reason for the refusal shouldn't be interpreted to mean it is still actively pursuing a nuclear procurement deal

Two years after a court stopped the department of energy from going ahead with an agreement with Russia to build nuclear plants, the documents relating to the deal are still a secret.
The department, which commissioned 11 reports at a cost of nearly R200m, says it cannot comply with a request from Business Day made under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, to release them. ..
