As sitting is shown to be the worst way to spend most of your working hours, more companies are offering employees the option to use a standing desk. Richard Andrews, MD of office furniture company Inspiration Office, says: "In the past year, we have had a nearly 50% rise in demand for desks that give office workers the choice of sitting or standing."
