Former deputy finance minister Mcebisi Jonas could be the star witness in the corruption case against the Guptas now that he is no longer in the Cabinet and has resigned as an MP, the DA said on Thursday. "The former deputy minister of finance, Mcebisi Jonas, may have resigned but he still has a vital role to play in public life in SA," DA MP and finance spokesperson David Maynier said.
