Seek review out of court, Rosemary Hunter told
The FSB's counsel insists Hunter has no legal standing to ask the court to order another investigation

Rosemary Hunter, the former deputy pension funds registrar, had no legal standing to ask the court to order another investigation into the Financial Services Board’s (FSB’s) cancellations project, the High Court in Pretoria heard on Wednesday. Hunter should rather seek an administrative review of the FSB board’s decisions around the project, the court was told.
