POLICE Minister Nathi Nhleko remains adamant that Berning Ntlemeza is fit to be the head of the Hawks even after the minister admitted he bungled by failing to inform Parliament of the appointment in the stipulated time frame.Ntlemeza has been a lightning rod for conflict since his appointment in 2015.
