PRESIDENT Jacob Zuma appointed judges to the Supreme Court of Appeal and various divisions of the High Court on the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, the Presidency said on Wednesday.Justices Baratang Constance Mocumie and Christiaan Hendrik Gert van der Merwe were appointed to the Supreme Court of Appeal, with effect from July 1.Justice Mjabuliseni Isaac Madondo was appointed deputy judge president of the KwaZulu-Natal division of the High Court in Pietermaritzburg, while Justice Fikile Eunice Mokgohloa was appointed deputy judge president of the Limpopo division of the High Court in Polokwane.In the Western Cape division of the High Court in Cape Town, Justice Patricia Lynette Goliath was appointed as deputy judge president.In the Eastern Cape, advocate Richard Brooks SC was appointed as a judge in the High Court in Mthatha.In KwaZulu-Natal, advocate Pieter Bezuidenhout was appointed as a judge in the High Court in Pietermaritzburg and Mokgere Busisiwe Shareen Masipa as a...
