THE High Court in Cape Town on Monday dismissed an application by the DA asking the court to force President Jacob Zuma to suspend National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) deputy head Nomgcobo Jiba.Jiba was harshly criticised by the Supreme Court of Appeal in cases related to the so-called "Spy Tapes".The DA claimed that she was protecting people close to Zuma.No reasons were given for the ruling.
