Oil falls on demand concerns due to global trade disputes
The attacks on two tankers, blamed on Iran by the US, however, supported prices as Opec cut its 2019 forecast for growth

London — Oil prices fell on Friday on fears trade disputes will dent global oil demand, although the attacks this week on two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman gave prices a floor.
Brent crude futures were down 14c at $61.17 a barrel at 8.46am GMT, having settled up 2.2% on Thursday. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were down 28c at $52 a barrel. WTI also closed up 2.2% in the previous session...
