WHEN you have the use of a R4.9m Ferrari during office hours only, you want to make the most of it. Find an open piece of mountain road, blast through the corners and revel in the glorious sound coming from the engine behind you. Unfortunately, the universe does not always play ball — or, rather, the universe that is the ever increasing Joburg traffic.You might have seen the sign next to Waterfall Estate that said something along the lines of: "If you lived here, you’d be home already." Well, if you live in Waterfall Estate, best you work there too because traffic going anywhere near that place is a bloody nightmare. Or it was on a recent Friday afternoon.It took two hours to get from Rosebank to Waterfall Estate as I tried in vain to get out of town and put the horse through its paces.
