DEEMED the largest agricultural show in the southern hemisphere, the annual Nampo agricultural expo, which takes place in Bothaville, Free State, plays host to more than 70,000 patrons over three days.This year’s event was again something of a Mecca for those passionate about agriculture.Anything from crops and livestock to irrigational and harvest equipment were all on display to the delight of showgoers and the handful of media alike.I attended this year’s show, which coincided with Nissan’s launch of its new Patrol Pickup, and as usual the show proved a spectacle.
