THE Cape Town Art Fair is aiming for a "three-level conversation": the South African art world with itself, with the rest of Africa and with the world, says director Matthew Partridge.The fair runs from February 19-21 at the Cape Town International Exhibition Centre, and will be its fourth edition."By providing a platform to showcase works by both established and emerging Pan-African and diasporic artists and exposing these talents to new local and international audiences and purchasers the Cape Town Art Fair has the ability to further a sustainable market for the arts on the continent," says special projects manager Laura Vincenti. She is an architect with a decade of experience working as a principal consultant for Artissima, in Turin, Italy.In 2015 the fair received 7,000 visitors.
