Anglo American’s outgoing CEO Mark Cutifani likes to recall how, when things were tough in 2015 and investors were giving him a hard time, his wife Luana told the children about it and asked them to send their dad a nice message.
All the girls sent nice “So sorry, dad. Love you” messages, but that didn’t really help. Then 17-year-old Dylan sent him a “very sensitive” message that Cutifani says gave him back his balance: “Suck it up, Fatboy.”..
