Science leaves Prince Andrew’s defence full of holes

There were a number of eyebrow-raising moments in the recent interview between Prince Andrew and Emily Maitlis of the BBC’s Newsnight, with one of the most memorable being the prince’s claim that he couldn’t sweat.
“One of [Jeffrey] Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Roberts has made allegations against you,” began Maitlis, recounting the testimony of Virginia Giuffre (formerly Roberts), who claimed she had sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17. “She was very specific about that night. She described dancing with you, and you profusely sweating and that she went on to have a bath, possibly.”..
