Well, if you have the dough, lots of it, then the famous auctions occuring alongside the famous Pebble Beach Concours this week are worth looking at to see what vehicles go for. More than 600 classic and collector cars are due to cross the auction block this week at Mecum’s Daytime Auction in Monterey, California, including a handful of unparalleled automotive archetypes, such as a one-of-two 2010 Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita previously owned by undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. With just 1,947 miles on the odometer, the stunning Koenigsegg from the Ash Crest Collection is certain to be one of the most talked-about attractions of the auction with an estimate of $2.7m-$3m, but the list of show-stoppers goes on.
