Digital travel company Booking.com has agreed to comply with remedial actions recommended by the Competition Commission to enhance price competition for SA users. 

The commission first started investigating online platform markets in May 2021. The project encompassed a wide scope of local and international online platforms, including e-commerce, food delivery, property/automotive classifieds, app stores and online travel agencies.
