Digital technology group Ansys said its revenue was down23% for the six months to end-September. It also announced an almost 20% decline in headline earnings per share (HEPS). But the company says it is repositioning itself for future growth and is looking to leverage off the digitalisation of the sectors in which it operates.

CEO Teddy Daka spoke to Business Day TV’s Alishia Seckam about the company’s precarious cash situation.
