SA Corporate’s woes persist as vacancies rise and dividend plummets
The group reports it is battling with rising utility costs and increased vacancies due to SA’s weak economy

SA Corporate Real Estate expects distribution for its 2020 financial year to fall by between 3% and 6%, as the property sector struggles in SA’s anaemic economy.
The diversified real estate investment trust saw the income it pays to investors fall 9.9% in the year to December, to 38.04c, as vacancies doubled to 4.2% and rising operational costs bit into its profits. ..
