Spear Reit’s stellar performance in 2019 has justified its decision to focus on Cape Town, as the city’s property market continues to outperform the rest of the country.
The fund grew its dividend 7% in the six months to August, beating other JSE-listed property funds, which have struggled to grow their dividends or seen them shrink in 2019...
